Canora Liquor was founded in the winter of 2020, and is the only retail liquor store on Sidneys west side.

Owners Andrew and Steve started life out in the automotive business, but quickly diversified into other commercial enterprises. When they sold their two automotive stores in 2015, they went their separate ways, only to reunite to open Canora Liquor.

They bring the same service minded approach to their retail operation. Quote, “When you can get your vehicle repaired to the same quality standard in any number of facilities, choosing one really comes down to the level of service and customer care provided, we bring that approach to retail. A $20 bottle of wine is the same bottle anywhere, but it's our customer service that sets us apart.. We will always be excited when someone choses us over another retailer".
